Sample Traits and Definitions report
The report ranks the individual’s traits and preferences within the following categories: Basic Traits, Work Environment Preferences, Task Preferences, Interests, Job Functions, Engagement and Retention Factors, and Behavioral Competencies.
• Provides a complete overview of an individual’s assessment scores related to traits and preferences as well a definition for each trait or preference
• Identifies an individual’s strongest needs/wants (life themes) which should ideally be applied to their job
• Identifies an individual’s weakest traits and preferences which should ideally not be required for their job
• Optionally color codes the importance of traits and preferences specific to a job, if a job is selected
